• Underlying ESRF / advanced CKD?

• any hypokalaemia?
• any severe tachycardia?

• any hypokalaemia?

Streptokinase

• any recent thrombolysis?

Paracetamol

• how is the LFT? Any transaminase?

Penicillin

• any allergy?

Propofol

• any (soybean) allergy?
